Rechargeable Inflatable Boat Pump: HT-633 10 PSI

The HT-633 rechargeable inflatable boat pump is designed for compatible inflatable boats, kayaks and firm TPU drop-stitch camping mattresses. It combines cordless operation, dual-stage airflow and automatic shut-off in one portable unit. With an adjustable pressure range of 0.5–10 PSI, it helps prepare your equipment without repeated manual pumping. Use the pressure stated by the inflatable manufacturer, and check that the supplied adapter fits the valve before starting.

Dual-Stage Airflow for Volume and Pressure

Large inflatable chambers need a high volume of air at the beginning, followed by a lower flow as pressure builds. The HT-633 uses a first stage rated at 500 L/min and a second stage rated at 40 L/min. These are separate operating stages, not a combined airflow figure. The pump changes sound when it switches to the pressure-building stage; the louder sound at this point is normal.

Reference inflation times are approximately 5–6 minutes for a typical compatible inflatable boat and 2–3 minutes for a compatible TPU drop-stitch mattress. Actual results depend on chamber volume, target pressure, valve fit, battery charge and conditions. These figures are a guide rather than a guaranteed time for every product.

Choose the Right Inflatable and Pressure

This rechargeable inflatable boat pump suits compatible boats and kayaks requiring around 2.5–3.5 PSI, plus TPU drop-stitch camping mattresses requiring around 3–7 PSI. A drop-stitch mattress uses internal threads to connect its upper and lower surfaces, helping it form a firm, flat structure when inflated. Always check the label on your particular model; mattresses and boats do not all use the same pressure.

The HT-633 can also serve compatible inflatable car camping beds and selected small air tents up to 12 square metres, provided the required pressure is within its operating range and the valve connection fits. It is not suitable for car or bicycle tires, sports balls or continuous commercial operation. Do not use it to finish a SUP board that requires more than 10 PSI.

Preset Pressure with Automatic Shut-Off

Connect the hose to the top inflation port, select the correct adapter and secure it to the inflatable valve. Set the pressure specified for that chamber, then start the pump. Automatic shut-off stops inflation when the preset pressure is reached. For products with several chambers, follow the manufacturer’s inflation order and set the correct pressure for each chamber separately.

For packing away, move the hose to the bottom deflation port. Make sure the inflatable is free of water that could be drawn into the pump. Keep the pump and charging connection dry: this model is not waterproof. Check the hose and adapter connection if inflation is unusually slow, and follow the supplied manual for operating and cooling guidance.

Rechargeable Power and Portable Size

The HT-633 has a 2000 mAh battery and an approximate continuous runtime of 15 minutes, depending on operating load and conditions. USB-C charging accepts the specified 5V/2A or 9V/2A input. Reference charging times are approximately three hours at 5V/2A and two hours at 9V/2A. Use a compatible power supply and charge the pump before travelling.

The unit weighs approximately 0.9 kg and measures 28 × 9 × 9.5 cm. Its 67.5 cm hose helps connect the pump to an accessible valve, while the included carry bag keeps the unit and accessories together for transport. Rated power is 90 W, and the housing uses ABS and PA materials.
