Warranty
We stand behind eligible InflatePump battery-powered products with clear, practical after-sales support.
Warranty coverage
One-year pump unit warranty
All battery-powered InflatePump products include a one-year warranty for the pump unit.
Six-month battery warranty
The battery is covered for six months. Batteries need regular charging during storage; leaving a battery discharged for a long time can affect its condition.

Warranty FAQs
What information should I provide?
Please include the product model, order number, purchase email and photos or video of the issue. A short video is especially helpful for charging, airflow or unusual-noise concerns.
My pump is not inflating. What should I check?
Check the hose connection, valve adapter and sealing ring first. If air leaks at the connection, changing to a suitable O-ring may help. Contact us if the problem continues.
The pump will not switch on.
Please charge the product and try again. If it still cannot start, submit a support request with the model and a short video.
Why is battery care important?
Lithium batteries should be recharged regularly during storage. Avoid storing the product fully discharged for a long period.
