Product-specific help for the M02PRO rechargeable SUP pump. Use this guide to choose the right fitting, inflate safely and solve the most common issues.
Best for
SUP boards and other compatible inflatables requiring up to 20 PSI.
Power options
Recharge the pump for about 3–4 hours, or use the supplied vehicle DC power cable when available.
Main functions
Inflation and deflation, with multiple nozzle fittings for common inflatable valves.
Before you start
- Check the pressure printed on your inflatable. Do not set a pressure above the item manufacturer’s stated limit.
- Select the fitting that seals securely in the valve. A loose connection will slow inflation or deflation.
- Place the pump on a stable, dry surface with clear air vents.
- For high-pressure items, stay nearby until the target pressure has been reached.
How to inflate
- Charge the pump first if you will not use the vehicle DC cable.
- Connect the hose to the inflation port and fit the appropriate nozzle or valve connector.
- Lock or screw the connector into the inflatable’s valve so that air cannot escape around the connection.
- Set the required pressure, then start inflation. The pump stops automatically when the selected pressure is reached.
- Disconnect the hose and close the inflatable’s valve cap promptly.
How to deflate and pack
- Open the inflatable’s deflation valve.
- Move the hose to the deflation port, then connect it to the valve with an airtight fit.
- Start deflation. Keep the hose straight where possible and avoid blocking the air vents.
- When finished, remove the hose, close the valve and pack the item according to its own instructions.
M02PRO frequently asked questions
What can the M02PRO inflate?
It is designed primarily for SUP boards and compatible inflatables that require no more than 20 PSI. Always follow the pressure limit shown on the inflatable itself.
Can I use it when the battery is low?
Recharge the pump for around 3–4 hours before use. When a suitable vehicle DC power source is available, the supplied DC cable can also be used for inflation.
Does it inflate and deflate?
Yes. Connect the hose to the correct port for the task: the inflation port to fill, or the deflation port to remove air before packing.
Why is inflation slow or air leaking at the valve?
Stop the pump and check the hose and connector. Choose the fitting that matches the valve, tighten or lock it fully, and make sure the valve seal is clean and undamaged.
Is the pump noisy?
The operating noise is no more than 85 dB under normal use. Keep the pump on a stable surface to avoid extra vibration.
What should I do if the pump will not start?
Charge the battery, confirm the power connection, and check that the hose or fittings are not obstructing any vent. If the issue remains, contact our support team with a short video of the problem.
