HT-633 Support Guide

Complete use, care and troubleshooting support for the HT-633 rechargeable pump.

Best for
Inflatable boats, TPU boat bottoms and TPU drop-stitch mattresses up to 10 PSI.
Runtime
About 15 minutes total. A 16 m² tent may take about 10 minutes.
Battery care
Recharge for 3–4 hours and store with at least 50% charge.

Quick start

  1. Press and hold the power button to turn on the pump.
  2. Confirm your inflatable requires no more than 10 PSI.
  3. Fit the appropriate nozzle and make an airtight connection.
  4. Use the correct hose port for inflation or deflation.
  5. For large tents or several items, plan within the available runtime.

Using it for tents

The HT-633 can inflate compatible tents requiring no more than 10 PSI. Because total runtime is about 15 minutes, check the expected time before starting. The 16 m² tent figure is a reference only; actual time varies with the tent, valve and target pressure.

FAQs & troubleshooting

Can it inflate products other than boats and TPU mattresses?

Yes, when the product requires no more than 10 PSI and its valve can seal correctly with an included fitting.

Can it inflate and deflate?

Yes. Connect the hose to the correct port and choose a fitting that seals firmly around the valve.

Air is leaking at the connection. What should I do?

Check the connector and the white O-ring seal in the accessory set. Refit it until the connection is airtight; a damaged or poorly matched O-ring can leak.

How should I store it?

Recharge for around 3–4 hours when needed, keep at least 50% battery before storage, and store dry.

My pump does not start.

Recharge the battery, press and hold the power button, and make sure the air path and vents are clear. Send us a short video if the issue remains.

More questions

How do I turn the HT-633 on?

Press and hold the power button to start the pump. Recharge it first if it does not respond.

Is the HT-633 noisy?

Operating noise is no more than 75 dB under normal use. A stable surface reduces extra vibration.

Does it have certifications?

Product documentation includes CE, RoHS and FCC, plus battery MSDS and UN38.3 transport documentation. Contact us when you need a document.

Can I use it for a large tent?

Only when the required pressure is 10 PSI or below. Consider the approximately 15-minute total runtime before starting a large tent.
